Wednesday, July 11thMovie– Paddington 2 will present the further cinematic adventures of the marmalade-loving bear from Peru at the Depot Theatre , starting at 3pm as the next installment of the Dillon Public Library Summer Reading Program’s series of movie matinees. Thursday, July 12thDinner– Southwest Montana Arts Council is kicking of their Dinner in the Park series!!! Starting at 6pm. The Heron Valley Scottish Band’s blend of bluegrass, folk and country music, with dinner by the Lions Club.

BANNACK DAYS JULY  21-22

Bannack State Park will host its annual Bannack Days celebration. The festivities to commemorate the more than a century and a half of history in the former gold mining boom town and first capital of the Montana Territory will include traditional music, food, skill demonstrations, gold panning, live gunfight reenactments, wagon rides and more. July 13th – Rock Creek Cattle Company Bull-a-Rama at the Deer Lodge Fairgrounds at 7 p.m.

August 7th – National Night Out at Ted Rule Memorial Field from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Community fun where you can interact with the local law enforcement and emergency service providers.  Bring the family and enjoy fun activties, BBQ and more with our local heroes.
