Thursday, May 25th- Bear Safety Course- Part II- Part 2 of a four-part course covering how to venture safely into areas that may be populated with bears will start at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 25th with “Bear Safety Training” at Beaverhead Search & Rescue, 1000 Hwy 41 N in Dillon. Sunday, May 28th- BCHS Graduation- Beaverhead County High School will hold its 2023 Graduation ceremonies on Sunday, May 28th in the BW Lodge, starting at 2:00 PM. For more information, call (406)-683-2361
Monday, May 29th- MEMORIAL DAY- Pioneer Federal Savings & Loan will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
Tuesday, May 30th- DMS Ceremony- A ceremony honoring Eighth Grade Promotion for students getting diplomas from Dillon Middle School will take place Tuesday, May 30th, in the B.W. Lodge in Dillon, starting at 7:00 PM. For more information, call (406)-683-2368.
Wednesday, May 31st- Adult Softball League- The Dillon Jaycees will bring adult slow-pitch softball back to Dillon this year with men’s and women’s leagues planned to play in June and July. Thursday, June 1st- Kids Picnic- The Dillon Public Library’s annual Teddy Bear Picnic will happen in Jaycee Park in downtown Dillon on Thursday, June 1st, starting at 10:00 AM. For more information, call (406)-683-4544.
Saturday, June 3rd- Jubilee- The June Jubilee will take place Saturday, June 3rd through various events around Dillon, including at 9:00 AM. Community Yard Sale in Kiwanis Park; a noon First Responders Touch-a-Truck, Kids Pie Eating Contest, Games and Fun at Depot Park; the 10:00 AM White Hat Coalition’s 27th annual Auto Festival and Cruise; and a 2:00 PM Duck Race along the creek by Depot Park. Tickets are available at Womack’s Printing Place, The Bookstore, the Dillon Tribune and from members of the Dillon Montana Community Foundation, which is hosting the June Jubilee.
