Dillon’s Upcoming Community Events
Friday, June 13th- Stick Horse Rodeo- Tweedy Mountain Fun Club will present a free Stick Horse Stampede at 5pm Friday, June 13th at Jaycee Park in Dillon. A “Horse Tales Story Time” will be held at 3pm, and a Pie Eating Contest will take place at 4pm. Proceeds will benefit the Early Childhood Coalition of Beaverhead County. Saturday, June 14th- Dillon Jaycee Demo Derby & Kickoff Concert- The 52nd annual Dillon Jaycee Demolition Derby is set for Saturday, June 14th, starting at 2pm with gates opening at 1pm. The purse is $15,500 with ATV races thrown into the mix with the crashing cars at Beaverhead County Fairgrounds. Tim Montana will take the Jaycee stage at Andrus Arena for the Kickoff Concert, show starts at 9pm. Gates open at 8pm. Tickets are available at the gate for both events.
Saturday, June 21st- RATPOD- The annual Ride around the Pioneers in One Day (RATPOD) will be held June 21 in Dillon and around Beaverhead County. For more information, visit campdream.org/events/ratpod/
